This Spring we had the awesome opportunity to design wine labels for a new collection of wines that Folino Estate Winery in Kutztown was releasing. We were tasked with designing something that looked elegant, but still has that rustic look and winemaker's touch. The finished label has the texture of parchment, embossed details and finished with a gold foil stamp. To accompany the label, and emphasize the exclusivity of these wines, the bottled is adorned with a die-cut tag with a wax seal and the bottle number written by the winemaker himself.
After all the bottles were labeled, it was time to collaborate with owner and styling extraordinaire Andrea Folino to create a photo shoot to promote the new collection. We wanted to evoke a dark and organic feel with these images. Check out the finished product below. This project was so much fun... from concept to creation.

"The Black Label Collection features handcrafted wines representing the age-old Italian style traditions and skills of passionate winemaking.
Artfully oaked in French barrels, each wine is an exclusive, limited release and will age perfectly for the oenophile’s collection. The higher tannins present allow each variety to pair well with rich dark meats & game, earthy foods and herbaceous cheeses. Decanting is recommended to bring out the characters hidden in every bottle." -Folino Estate
We recently had the opportunity to create the 2018 Gala video for the Allentown Rescue Mission. This project meant so much to us for many reasons.
Christian works part-time for the mission and has a heart for serving the homeless men of the community. From concept to filming and editing, we put every effort to make sure this video conveyed the message of hope and restoration. Please watch/share this video.

I recently discovered this incredible tulip farm, Holland Ridge Farms, after a post I saw on Instagram! I saw that it was in New Jersey and knew I had to take the drive. Well, who better to take with me than my flower and fashion loving friend, Andrea. We took the drive out there with outfits that perfectly matched the flowers and made magic happen. You honestly cannot take one bad picture in this place. It was a dream. Check out some shots I took of Andrea while we were there. She took some pretty cool ones of me too!
So who wants to plan a shoot for next year?
I also hear they have a sunflower field in September!
Of course I had to get some photos of myself at this place!
Special thanks to my talented friend Andrea Folino for taking these.
Finally got to edit some of my favorite shots from our trip to Yosemite National Park. This was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. To feel so small in God's grand creation was amazing and took my breath away.
Also, check out this incredible video Christian made!

Pregnancy is such a special sweetness in being able to participate in creation. It's always an honor to capture these early moments of motherhood. Congratulations to Bridgette and Henry on their bundle of joy coming soon!
A local family reached out to us to design an invitation for their son's baptism. So we drew some inspiration from their initial ideas. We envisioned a wintery, light and clean design. They loved the final product! It's always nice when we have the opportunity to tap into other creative abilities besides photography. Don't forget... if you need something designed, contact us! We're ready to tackle any creative project.

We have been photographing the Pickens family for over 4 years. It's been so amazing to watch their family grown. I remember little Anthony when he was a newborn. This is definitely one of the best parts of our job. Here are some of our favorites form their recent family session. Isn't that golden light so beautiful?!
Had so much fun photographing Weston. This little guy was all smiles! He made my job easy!
Here are some of our favorites from his 1st birthday session.
Capturing the first few weeks of a newborn baby's life is special in itself, but there is something so loving and amazing about photographing moments with the whole family. You get to take a peek into their family and capture real moments in their home. Little baby Luca was born only a couple weeks ago and has been showered with so much love from his parents and older brother Lorenzo. It was such an honor photographing them. These are the moments that fill your heart with so much love and warmth. I can't wait to continue to capture more beautiful stages of the Folino family's life. Here are just some of my favorites from their session.
Got to photograph the beautiful and talented photographer, Aimee Blasko the other night. We had some girl time, ate a quick bite at Panera, then went off to shoot! Having photographer friends is so much fun! Here are just a few of my favorites that I took of Amiee.
Linsday approached me a few weeks ago with the idea of doing a milk bath session with her little baby boy, Layton. I was so excited because I've been wanting to do one for awhile now. Lindsay is a mother of two and has always been an advocate for breastfeeding and the bond that it creates between mother and child. I think these images capture that bond so perfectly. This was so much fun and truly a beautiful moment to photograph. Often times, especially lately, public breastfeeding has been painted in a negative light or is frowned upon. I think that through this photo session people can see that it is just a natural and beautiful way for a mother to care for and connect with her child. So with that being said... normalize breastfeeding! Here are some of my favorite images from the session. Special thanks to M.U.A. Brianna Storm of Beauty By Storm for doing an amazing job on Lindsay's makeup!
Until next time,
